We own most of which would not be required. That we must be or who.
In mind that training can feel how we choose. Choose to think.
To benefit ourselves. Is happy.

ชีวิตถูกสร้างขึ้นมา จนนับไม่ถ้วน
ด้วยกระบวนการที่เหมือนกัน
แต่ชีวิตไม่ได้ถูกสร้างให้เสมอเท่าเทียมกัน
บางทีเราเองอาจเป็นผู้ถูกอุ้มชู หรือ เห็นผู้อื่นที่ถูกเมตตา
ซึ่งส่วนมากเราเองก็คงเป็นผู้กำหนดไม่ได้ ว่าจะต้องเป็นเราหรือเป็นใคร
อยู่ที่การฝึกจิตใจว่าเราเลือกจะรู้สึกเช่นไร เลือกจะคิดเอย่างไร เพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุดของตัวเราเอง
คือ สุขใจ
